Slack

Connecting Formspark and Slack takes only seconds and is the easiest way to post form submissions from a website to Slack.

1. Open your form's settings, find the Slack row under Integrations, and click Connect.

2. Allow Formspark to access your Slack workspace.

   

3. Back in your form's settings, open the Slack row with Configure and enter the channel name in the Channel field, for example marketing-notifications. A leading # is fine.

4. Click Save.

To stop posting submissions, open the Slack row with Configure, click Disconnect, and confirm with Disconnect Slack.

Private channels

Formspark can post to any public channel without being added to it. Connecting Formspark to a private channel requires 2 extra steps.

1. Click the Connect an app link found in your private channel.

   

2. Search for Formspark and press add.
