# About Welcome to the documentation website for [Formspark](https://formspark.io?ref=documentation). Formspark is a simple way to save information from your website via forms without having to set up a server. Formspark is perfect for static sites and works anywhere you can put an HTML form. ## What it's good for Contact forms, newsletter signups, lead capture, surveys, feedback widgets, RSVPs, waitlists, and any HTML form that needs a place to send its data. ## What it isn't Formspark is not a drag-and-drop form builder. You bring your own HTML; Formspark stores submissions, sends notifications, and forwards data to your tools. Don't have an account yet? [Sign up for free!](https://dashboard.formspark.io).
